The process of "cut" and "paste" is almost always the easiest and fastest way to acquire a simple document from the Internet. To do this simply follow these instructions.

1. Open a new document in your word processor. Title this file RentApp.txt (or .doc, etc. whatever your normal document extension is). Minimize the new file by clicking on the "-" icon at the top right corner of your screen. This will put the new file in your system tray at the bottom of your screen.

2. Open the Rental Application Agreement from our web site on the Internet. In the task bar of your browser, click on Edit >> Select All, then hold the Ctrl key down and tap the C key.

3. Click on the RentApp file in your system tray (at the bottom of your screen). This will re-open your file. Place your cursor at the top of your document and hold the Ctrl key down while tapping the V key once. This will write (paste) the text into your new file.

4. You can now save the RentApp document to any convenient folder on your computer for future use, or save the document to a floppy disk if you need to move it to a different computer for printing.
