painless as possible. If you will follow the steps outlined
below we can process your application much more efficiently and
quickly, without wasting your valuable time.
STEPS
TO FOLLOW
- Go
to our Rental Application Form. This will bring up a new
window in your browser so you can print the form on your
printer, or you may download the form to your computer
to use later. (CLICK HERE)
for download instructions.
- Once
you have downloaded or printed the form, fill it out
completely and accurately. Omissions and/or incomplete
information will delay the processing and may result in
disallowing your rental application.
- Once
your printed application has been filled out and signed,
call us at (530) 750-3540 for a personal appointment.
This will save you and our office staff a great deal of
time. When your appointment time arrives, bring your
application form and the processing fee into our office
for final processing.
